Enjoyed the spacious room and appreciative of the well-maintained kitchen. The staff were helpful, even extending our checkout time without fuss after a slight delay during check-in.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a seating area, a fully equipped little kitchenette, and a living room in the FAMILY room. The overall atmosphere was family, yet some staff members were not so nice.

The location was not good, it's a pitty.

Enjoyed the spacious Two-Bedroom Premier suite with a well-equipped kitchen. Long check-in wait was disappointing.

Going up to Level 2 parking too steep. Too narrow passageway. Caused damage/scratch to my car due to curb at the bottom of the wall. Was not warned by the security guard about it though he was just a few feet away.

Staff easily handled our maintenance issues promptly.

It's tough to say what I liked best about Parque Espana, so many factors contributed to making them an excellent hotel. The room was the same price as a 2 (maybe 3) star hotel, but was a fully furnished, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment! The staff was absolutely excellent, exceedingly helpful, overwhelmingly nice and often went out of their way to accommodate our needs and requests.

The only thing we had an issue with was the one time we ordered room service. We called the front desk to place our order and someone neglected to pass it along properly to the kitchen staff and it took quite a while to get our food. However, when it arrived, it was delicious and the price was a total bargain.

The room is reasonably priced.

The kitchen was well-equipped and convenient for cooking.

Upon check-in, I faced several frustrating issues. The washing machine I expected was missing and would incur extra fees to use. Maintenance was sorely lacking. The plumbing was clogged, and some fixtures were very worn. The noise level at night made it hard to get a good rest, as I could hear everything happening in the hallway.

The bedds were nice

No taxi service, only hotel shutel. you have to pay for internet 100ph per day. We were charged for 7-up and they only hade sprite in the fridge, we didnt use any drinks for the room.

The property is perfect, it has consistently courteous staff with the F & B manager.

The room offered ample space for a family, with a well-equipped kitchen and pleasant ambiance that was like home. Proximity to shopping centers and outdoor parks.

Upon arrival, we discovered the washing machine promised was absent, leading to additional fees for usage. Maintenance issues were troublesome, with plumbing problems like clogged sinks and leaking toilets. Noise from the hallway was persistent. The dining table's size was too small for our family, complicating meal times.

Booked a three-bedroom suite for my daughter's birthday. The space felt perfect for a celebration, spacious and clean with great amenities. Really enjoyed the kitchen. It made it easy to prepare snacks for the kids. The staff were accommodating and provided excellent service. Encountered some maintenance issues like a clogged tub and a broken shower door that didn't shut properly, which needed attention. Though they are renovating, it was disappointing that the pool was unavailable . The location is superb, with plenty of shopping nearby, but the hotel could use some upgrades in maintenance.
